📋 * SPONSORS’ PRESENTS:

For a better handling and delivery of the corporate and promotional gifts that the sponsors may wish to include in the welcome bag, we suggest that said items be purchased or manufactured in Europe through the Operating Office.

Should the sponsors choose to make cross border shipments through a courier service, they will have to request door-to-door shipping directly to the venue hotel (EPIC SANA Marquês Hotel) given that PASA will not apply for import licenses and cannot initiate any customs clearance process on behalf of a member company.
